Q. How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are usually sent same or next day.  Delivery may take 2 to 5 days.  Special orders can take 4 weeks to make.

Q. Can I exchange or get a refund?

Yes.  If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, return it within 90 days, in original condition and packaging, for either a refund or exchange (excluding delivery charges).  Refunds are not possible if the item has been: worn, engraved, adjusted/resized, or was a special order.

Before returning an item for refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.

Q. How do I choose a ring size?

The best way is to visit a jeweler to have your finger measured.  Finger sizes can vary depending on temperature, and personal fluctuations.  The ideal size is a little firm on a warm day, and slightly loose on a cool day.  There is more information in the RING SIZES section.

Q. Can I have my order sent to a different address? It’s a gift.

Yes.  At Checkout, enter the preferred delivery address.  All orders come in a presentation box, ready to give.  There is a packing slip, but no price.  The invoice is emailed to the buyer.

Q. How much is shipping?

Free for US orders over $40.  Small orders, or express delivery costs are shown in SHIPPING/RETURNS.
